The « terroir » is made up of sandy-silty-chalk soils over Rhône gravel. The climate is marked by strong gusts of the Mistral wind which naturally expel illnesses and insect pests. The vineyards also enjoy an exceptional amount of sunshine and little rainfall. This method of growing and the natural conditions combine to produce fresh, easy to drink rosé wines, aromatic and floral white wines, and depending on the grape varieties used, either full bodied and deep, or lighter and fruity, reds.
